It can even be an ordinary card that you use every day. You can easily use it on holidays, whether it’s to pay for purchases or to withdraw money. The disadvantage of this solution are conversion fees. If the card is settled in pounds, your purchases in lira will be converted into them. The bank will charge you and it will not be very beneficial for you.

If you have a currency card, for example in euro, you are in a better situation. You can pay with euro without any currency conversion charges. We can also take euro from the ATM, which we will later exchange, in one of the numerous exchange offices. We can also use the Revolut card, which allows you to settle in many currencies. You can pay with Turkish liras, zlotys, euros, dollars, etc. You can also withdraw any currency using it. This is the perfect card for every traveler, regardless of whether he visits Turkey or goes to Belgium. It works perfectly and is the most profitable.

Even if you decide to use cards, you should bring cash with us. With cash, you are independent, including from technology. You do not have to look for ATMs and think about currency conversions. You pay in cash, you exchange it in exchange offices. It is always worth taking some coins with you. It’s perfect when going to Turkey for a holiday, you’ll have some liras with you. Then you always feel more comfortable. You can pay with local currency and this is always the best solution.
